But once you lose it, you WILL keep it off, unlike most diet fads. Remember you may begin with slow movements in the forms, but eventually you will be moving quickly and in rapid succession. It's just that Taijiquan training prepares the practitioner for more rigorous exercise in a slow methodical manner. Slow is not the goal in Taijiquan, it is merely a method.|||Today there is too much information available on losing weight that has become more confusing and sometimes difficult to follow.
