I want to start doing tai chi partly for balance and relaxation purposes, but also to learn basic martial arts techniques. (Also for exercise but that sort of goes with the territory I think).
I imagine a few of the styles are a little more suited to older people, but I have heard that the Chen style is good to learn as it has faster-paced movements. Anyone have any input on this?|||Learn to be slow and exact first
then the fast actions have a lot more style
